o I have a big problem with the WIX forum feed When I initially set up my website the post count would show on the main menu and include all subcategories. I had disabled commenting in my main category because it’s really just a header category for all my sub categories and suddenly out of nowhere WIX decided to stop including the sub categories in post count, which of course is a problem - it looks like there’s no post when there’s a lot in the subs
Their advice was to turn off the post count, but you can’t even do that in forum editor you can do that in blog editor but you can not do that in forum.
1st WIX help told me that it was never the case that sub category count was included in main category count which is not true and then next they tell me to turn off the post count when that features not available.
Their own support doesn’t even know other system works or the features available.
I don’t know code, but is it possible for me to get into the site code and eliminate that feature myself?
