Wix Functions use with Wix Bookings to add a % service fee

Aiming to use Wix Functions use with Wix Bookings to add a % service fee for each booking service.

I can insert 3% fee on each booking but need to understand how I could customize this further (if supported)

Basically need to:

  • add 3% only if online payment is selected (pay in person WONT charge the premium)
  • Ensure the 3% figure shows in the booking summary as a separate cost line item (seems this has been overlooked in bookings development as it does show in a “shop” workflow). Currently it does not.

Need to understand how this affects subscriptions/recurring billing. Assume the same.
