I created a new Instagram account today, added 3 posts/photos, and then tried to connect it using the Wix Instagram Feed App. I only get the message that the “Instagram Account you connected has no posts…”.
I installed POWR’s free social media stream app and it does pull the 3 posts that I have.
Anyone know why the Wix App doesn’t pull those? I use it for another client and it works fine, just not on this new Instagram account I created.
Hmmm, it’s a mystery - I’m not sure! You should get in touch with our support team so they can determine if it’s account specific or site specific. 
Scott - Do you think it might be that it only pulls new posts? Try to post something now and see if it pulls it.
I deleted my original Instagram account and recreated it now. Tied the new account to the Wix Instagram app but nothing is showing at all. No post, no username/avitar, etc. The Instagram account is active and I can view the posts if I use the POWR social media stream.
I use the Wix Instagram app with another client and it works fine. Is there a time lapse from when a new Instagram account is created?
See the screen shot - POWr shows post, Wix app does not. Using same Instagram account (although the POWr app does not require an Instagram login (just the address) where the Wix app requires a full Instagram login (which I did and it is connected).

It was a glitch yesterday- I had the same problem but it was resolved.
