Wix Partner Program Community FAQ

Hi David,
You will see your level in the dashboard home, the collaboration you will find in a “Team Management” tab, and you will be able to download your badge from the dashboard home.

David R., how did you get the new dashboard? I think I must have missed a step.

Why it says that I have submitted 0 projects on the Marketplace?

It just opened as a Beta https://community.wix.com/partners/forum/partner-announcements/beta-unlocked-new-partner-home

I don’t know. It just appeared

Hmmm…I will try the log out and log in method. Thanks, David.

@adimal It appears that I have only a partial new dashboard. there are no tabs under home for me. :frowning:

When you receive leads from the arena you need to submit them as completed projects. You can refer to this blog as to what the Marketplace expects from you: https://community.wix.com/partners/post/wix-marketplace-everything-you-need-to-know
Also, you should know if you haven’t submitted any projects you might get hidden. So be SURE to do that!

@david-rosenblatt That’s because we just opened the Home tab as a beta,
not the full new dashboard that comes with the new Partner Program. Will be open next week

@david-rosenblatt , hmmm…did log out and log in. under Partner Dashboard> Project Betas, it says that I need to log in as a Partner to access the new dashboard. I only ever log in my usual Wix user way. Am I missing something?

@adimal Ah! Just saw this! David, this is the explanation I needed. Thank you!

Hi! What about a website redesign? For example, a client has a site with a premium plan. A client contacts me. I create a site in my account, then transfer the site to the client. No premium plan. The client connects his old premium plan to the new site. I will not be awarded points. Right?

@newevecreative just note that only the home tab is open for beta not the entire dashboard (at least not yet :stuck_out_tongue: )

Correct. Points are based on premium plans not templates.

@brett but I did submit the projects. That’s why I am surprised. I even have a review from just this week on the submitted project. So, the shown information is not reflecting the submitted projects.

You can get credit for any live site you are a contributor on if you submit that site within your dashboard.

@sheyla Thanks.

I understand it that way.
Points will be awarded at the time of purchase / renewal of the plan. Therefore, I must be a site contributor at the time of purchase / renewal of the plan.

If we have been existing partners since inception, will we automatically be added to this new program? AND, Will non-profit sites (free) be included in the credits for this program? Thank you!

Evgeniy, thanks for asking this question. I’ve had a few projects through the Arena that fit into your example.

Hi there, once it’s opened, there will be a “join” option within the dashboard. Regarding the non-profit sites, as long as they’re premium they will be accounted for.
