Wix Partner Points Problem

So a few months ago, one of my clients forgot to renew their subscription to premium plan so the points were removed from my account. He renewed it, but I haven’t gotten my points back. Is there anything I can do?

check your revenue share dashboard.

This happened 2 months ago and I never got my 100 points back. Also I don’t have access to revenue share yet

@jamiencohen hi, have you submitted a request from your Partner Dashboard? I recommend having our team take a look.

They will re-calculate

i didn’t get any points by submitting my partnership with a published and upgraded site. a successful message showed but the points didn’t calculated to my partnership level.

Question… I have never seen anything in my revenue share dashboard, other than " you are receiving revenue share" my account manager has to email me each month ( I bug him too) to tell me what’s what… what do you see that I don’t as a Legend Partner?
