What I’m trying to do
Under the “When Manual Chat is active” section I enabled FAQs and have 3 questions with answers.
What I’ve tried so far
I see them when testing the chat on the live site, but when I click them, the answer never pops up. It hasn’t worked for real visitors either as I’ve had to jump in and answer it manually.
