WIX Store inventory sync with POS

Hi
I need to build a WIX Store site that is going to have more than 1000 items with variants
The business has also a physical store which works with Verifone managing their inventory from the store cashier
Therefore I need to sync the online store and the physical store inventory
Meaning once an item is ordered from the online store then the physical store inventory is updated accordingly and also once an Item is purchased in the physical store then the WIX Store inventory is updated accordingly.
Looking at the WIX API I could find some APIs that might be helpful but couldn’t find how can I see the remaining quantity of each product variant after an event of order and then how can I update it
Please note that the store is located in Israel, therefore working with Square as POS is not an option

You can’t use Point of Sale outside of the USA anyway.

Currently, it is not possible to set up a POS system outside of the US or using a POS system other than Square.

You would need to look into exposing your site to the Verifone API to see if that it can talk with Wix Stores API and check inventory.
