I’m really unhappy that I built my most recent site in Studio. It’s taken me about 3X as long and been 10X more buggy. But now that it’s done enough that I can start to market it, I can’t actually market it because the social share feature is BROKEN AF.
I continually get Error 200 for my social share images (screenshot attached from the FB debugger).
What makes this even more frustrating is that your only options are to post in a forum – seriously, a forum??? or use a phone. I have no interest in participating in a forum, and I’m hearing impaired so the phone doesn’t work well for me.
Can you please tell me (A) whether I can avoid this error somehow or (B) when it is expected to be fixed?
Then, can you please put in a request letting the powers that be know that it’s 2023, and we ought to have access to live chat support. 1999 is calling, and they want their phones back.
