I really need your help solving a problem that Wix insists is a local issue, but is not. I’m an experienced Wix user with dozens of client sites and this is the first time this has ever happened to me before. Here are the details:

This was built before I was using Wix Studio, but not THAT long ago. A little over a year.

This url works for me and several members of my team. It does NOT work for my client, his clients, my family in separate households, and several other members of my team. This group of people is across the United States on different networks, wifis, etc.

GoDaddy (host) sees that the SSL is there and valid but has issues.

All screenshots have been provided to Wix who continues to tell me it’s a local issue. I tried to attached them all here but this forum only lets me put in one. I don’t know which is most important so I went with my gut.

Wix’s own customer service on a callback call WAS able to replicate the issue but now the folks to which they have escalated it

My team has various opinions: “this screams DNS settings.” “Something is wrong with the SSL.” “It has to be www vs non-www”. I’ve checked in on all of this with no dice.
I don’t know what else to do - to my client and so many other people, this website appears down or insecure, and I’m so angry they keep telling me it’s a local issue with zero way to resolve it except to contact my IT department. I’d have to contact multiple IT departments!
