Wix website giving trouble on iPad/tablet

Hi there,
I received a message from a customer today saying:

Hello,
Your new website has lovely photographs but the format is difficult to use.
On a tablet (ipad in my case) the pages are too wide and therefore cannot be read properly. I’ve tried to adjust my ipad to make it the right size but can’t.
Your old website was so much better for the customer.
It is the information that sells the holiday, not the photos and I can’t access it easily.
Best Regards,
Kelly Smith (a previous guest hoping to travel again!)

This is obviously very disappointing to hear, but I can’t understand how I’m supposed to fix what the website looks like on iPad as I don’t have that device and Wix doesn’t allow me to see what it looks like on iPad.

Any solutions you can provide will be appreciated. Do I need to hire a Wix expert for this?

@aranyaphookan Sounds like the desktop version is showing up on the iPad. If you’d like help making your site responsive so it works across any device, feel free to contact me . Backwards compatibility is also an issue on older versions of iOS so you can check out my website as well if interested.
