Do anyone here have to import a big Wordpress Blog into Wix?

What are you trying to achieve:
We need to import a Wordpress Page that haves 16.000 Blog notes into a news Wix Studio Page. This is a king of sports newspaper
What have you already tried:
Everything.
- Import with URL
- Importa with XML files
- Make small XML files (less than 1.000 notes)
- Contact support
Additional information:
When we reach Wix Customer Support, they start telling us some details in all this Wordpress Imports matter:
- Wix haves a limitation of 4.000 Wordpress notes to import. Why? How knows!
- The Wix Blog haves a limitation of 100,000 notes (this isn’t a problem yet)
- Wix haves a limitation of 100 categories
- The XML files cant have notes in more than one language
Do anyone have to import a big Wordpress Blog any time?
It will help us a lot any tip, trick or solution for this.

I have not imported a huge amount. But I exported the blog posts from word to csv.
Then imported them.
There were only about 50, nothing compared to what you are doing.
The post all came over but we had to go through them to fix some image urls and YouTube video links.
I did not import them all into the current build. I duplicated it as another free site on wix and imported them to that via csv. T
his way we can fix/check/edit them there and then once we are happy - Back in the Current build, import them from the temp site directly using the ‘import from another wix site’
December update.
After various Customer Service tickets, and a huge work with our Success Manager, I thinks Wix make some changes in this “Wordpress Blog Imports” matter (Despite not being informed about anything).
By today we could import via CSV files 7.900 notes. Much more than the first 4K limit.
We make a test importing direct from the Wordpress URL, but we find that all the notes were imported 3 or 4 times… making a huge mess. So we decide to go by the CSV method.
We are launching this web in this first days of january

I am currently also trying to import a large number of blog posts from wordpress blog (more than 10 years of posts), and it is causing a lot of issues like vertical cropping of all images within the blog post, caption not coming in with all font formatting…etc. I have just submitted a service ticket request for this, and will keep posted on how that resolves. I am really hoping the Wix developer team can resolve this asap, since I really need to migrate all hundreds of wordpress blog posts asap.
Angela, how are you. We finally resolve this by importing form XML files. Looks like Wix upgrade the number of files we could upload, and we could do it for more than 8.000 notes.
