We’ve just officially launched one of our biggest editor X sites and only the 3rd site we’ve created in Editor X. This was built and designed to be a showcase of things to do in Arklow this summer.

The client wanted a website that was easy to update themselves. Originally I planned on using dynamic pages and a custom dashboard to pull all the data across. However, we couldn’t create the custom dashboards on Editor X at the time, so we settled on using blog posts with categories connected to datasets and repeaters to filter the posts.

The other aspect the client wanted to focus on was usability, so we used the UserWay plugin and dynamic icons that pull from a collection that can simply be changed by the client with minimal training.

With Editor X rolling out futures constantly - I’m excited to see where we can take this site in the future.

Wow! Love it!

Really smooth navigation, love the drone shots at the beginning and well, I kinda know Arklow!

Well done to you and the team involved. Great job indeed.

Great! Smooth and fast. Nice video headers.

We are building a couple of websites on Editor X right now. Your blog posts and categories approach could be an inspiration for us in one of our sites.

Very nice. From a design stand point, I like it very much. However, performance wise, when I click on any link or menu item, the “click feedback” is slow to react; it feels “heavy”. Have you noticed this and notified Wix? My internet connection is very fast; I use Chrome as my desktop browser. I wonder why my experience is different from that of “leo” above.
