I have a question about the new Agency Profile feature on my Wix Dashboard.
I have set it all up and have added several services, with my starting rates. For example, I entered a rate of 850 for Advanced website design. When entering rates, there is no mention of currency, so one assumes it is the local currency as set within my account (in my case UK - GBP).
However, when I published the profile, it displayed the rates with the £ prefix, but my 850 had changed to 620 (and all other rates I’d entered had reduced proportionally).
I’ve gone back into my profile today and it now shows the original figures that I entered (eg 850, but now with a $ symbol).
Does anyone know how to enter and display rates in GBP correctly?
I’ve tried updating the settings on my end within the Business Info to a different currency and I also see it staying the USD; I’ve reached out this and I’ll update when I hear more.
I wanted to reach out that currently USD is the currency which prices will be displayed at; we shared the feedback to allow you to customize the currency you would like your prices to be displayed at with the relevant team and we’ll update when we hear more about it.
