Anchors in regular menu

So I’m working with editor X on a new website. The Main focus of the website is a single scroll - basically it’s a summary of all the various businesses my client in involved in, with links that take you to other sites with more detail. I may eventually have more pages for a more in detail about section etc.

My issues is that I cannot get my anchor links to show up within my main menu. There’s a separate anchor menu for some reason (which is all kinds of glitchy and only shows up on desktop at the moment). I’m beyond frustrated and feeling like I’ve wasted my time using this editor when I know the original Wix editor works with anchors in the main menu just fine. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

First ensure your anchors are all labeled nicely, and then use an Anchor menu for ease of management and layout where the menu stays in the a fix position.

Once set up, click on the menu to MANAGE ANCHOR MENU.

I hope this helps.

You need to create custom menu and then to create tab for each anchor.
You can learn more about custom menu here:

So what I actually had to do was this. - Edit the lightbox that holds my menu, from there click the +link button - and that’s where the add anchor to menu functionality shows up. It’s a bit obnoxious that that’s the only way to do it, but at least it’s possible.
