I’m having trouble with automations sending an email when booking sessions have ended. I only want to send 1 email to all the participant after the last session in a course has ended. I have put a delay of the date of the last session, but the email is not sending. The automation is set as follows. Wix Booking session ends - specific service | Delay for 2 days after date and time of last session in course | send email.
Have you checked the Automation run log? It’ll help to figure out if the automation is running, but something inside it is not working, or if the automation is simply not running as you’re expecting
