Hi all, I’m still awaiting a response from support, in the interim…has anyone experienced this or can provide any feedback?

I’ve noticed my site has around 15 expired plans, the triggers for automations, both the 3 day out reminder and then the expired reminder have not triggered.

These are the preset automations, other preset automations such as welcome and purchase ones have triggered correctly.
