I have several problems with new Wix editor, is unreliable, SEO is not well adapted, is forcing to create a kit for “customers”, I was directed to studio to create a new site instead of using traditional editor.
Studio is at most a beta editor, breaks all the time, most of the time don’t figure out if it’s an arrange editor or element editor, very hard to rearrange, resize, add elements without moving everything else. Also much more expensive on the monthly fees which I find abusive.

I have the same issue. Wix’s refusal to provide any help is frustrating and we are planning to move to a different hosting company when our contract is up in a month. I cant believe we pay you 600.00 a year and cannot get help

I would be happy to. I am trying to publish an app my customers are waiting for on google play. They require I verify my website. Due to your confusing and inaccurate help, I went through the seo checklist and you stuffed a token in the google slot for website verification. I later found out the only way to do this in wix is to paste the google play one there, but I cannot because it is disabled. I followed your instructions on how to remove it, but they dont work. There is no one to talk to unless I pay your experts. Using wix has cost us more than 600,00 and unsurprisingly, I am very disappointed and unhappy. Can you remove the google token?
If the site was verified with Google using the SEO Setup Checklist, it’s not possible to delete this verification tag in the Site Verification tool - but I’ll take this with the team.
In the meantime (I’m not familiar with the Google Play verification process), but maybe you have an article from Google about it? I don’t want to promise anything, but perhaps there’s an alterative method using the Custom Code section under Settings in the dashboard
As a coder with over 35 years experience in both writing code and following instructions (even terribly written ones that do not match what your platform presents such as yours), I can assure you if there were another way using wix, I would do so. My only alternative is to use a company which is not WIX to host my site. Thank you for confirming that WIX cannot solve my problem. My only alternative is to use someone else and I will begin that process immediately. I can no longer recommend wix to my clients in good faith. You were great to work with when I signed up. Sorry to see you have fallen so low.
