Does anyone else have issues with Wix not sending email notifications well in advance of a premium platform being renewed? They have all my contact details but they take money out of my account directly without any warning whatsoever? I’ve told them about it before using their ChatBots but its not made any difference. I’ve also been told by other Wix users they they experience the same issues time and time again.

For monthly plans, you are charged monthly on your plan’s expiration date and will not receive an email notification before the subscription renews.
For yearly and multi-year plans, you are charged the full amount for your yearly or multi-year subscription 14 days prior to the plan’s expiration date. You will receive email notifications starting 30 days before your next payment date to let you know that we’ll be processing your renewal payment.
