I set myself up as a paid member on my subscriptions (Paid offsite used) but when I login to the site to go through the customer journey it says buy a plan, which when clicked does nothing so I can’t make a booking, even though I should be a paid member.
So in the dashboard your account is in the Subscritions area after the purchase ?
are you using a different email than your wix account email ? I have noticed in the past this has caused issues.
when logged in check under My Subscritions to see if its active.
Is the booking service connected to the plans ?
