I’m using Pricing Plans and Wix Bookings to create packages for sessions for my client.
For instance, a customer can purchase a package for 4 sessions. Using Wix Bookings the customer should be able to book their sessions via the booking calendar however this isn’t’ what is happening. Currently after the customer completes the purchase, they see a Complete Booking button, but this takes them back to the booking form to collect their information for payment.
Under My account, the customer can see My Bookings, but on this page it says they don’t have any upcoming or past bookings. There’s a button on the page to Continue Browsing, but it takes them to the home page.
Am I missing something here? How is a customer with a Pricing Plan subscription supposed to be able to book in their sessions?
