Is it possible that we can transfer our websites blogs built on editor x to webflow without losing SEO ranking or vice-versa?

currently, it is not possible to do the transfer site from Editor X to Webflow or vice-versa.
if you will transfer only the domain, SEO rankings will be lost and you have to re-start it

Can’t speak too well on it but assuming your pages are named the same, your SEO’s ranking should remain if moving from one to the other.
I don’t know how Webflow works but if the URL slugs are going to change (like the new site has /shop and it was /store , etc.), you can set up 301 redirects . That way your pages on search engines aren’t broken and go down in ranking.
it will work for slugs and address itself, sure
in the case of different platforms and different content, it would be a new site, so the image descriptions, header tags, business address, and other settings you’ve defined should be re-added (depending on the platform domain migration is going to be)
after such major changes, you can re-submit the sitemap
