I’m having trouble with
I have a web music streaming radio station hosted through Wix, but a listener/customer has gone off the rails with incessant 24/7 messages to me. I couldn’t get a real-live human being in Wix Customer Support (frustrating!), but through the AI ChatBot (equally frustrating) I eventually discovered that you CAN’T block a customer, but can only block a member! So, the bot told me I could MAKE the customer a member, and then I could block them, but they would receive an email from me saying “you’re now a member”, which would be counter productive, since I don’t want ANY contact.
Wix needs to give us the ability to block not just MEMBERS but CUSTOMERS too
…but I can’t reach a real-live human being to make that happen.
