Site offline and not a human in sight to help me troubleshoot!
Is there any more tech support at WIX so you can talk to a human?
When you visit Contact Wix, the AI Chatbot will aim to help you with the question - if it’s unable to help, or you ask to ‘Speak to a human’ or something along those lines, it’ll use the information you’ve given to connect you with the best team available.
The more information you provide it, the more likely you are to be connected with the right team.
That said - if you’re able to share the site you’re having issues with, it might be something the community is able to help with
