When I click a button on my website there is no sign if the page is loading or not. Like on desktop there is no spinning loader over the favicon and on mobile there is no loading progress bar. It just happens that I click a button and after a few seconds the page opens. Hope I was clear with my question. Please help me out.

Thank you for the reply. Just needed to ask if adding preloaders to every page will reduce the loading speed of the website?
No it wont. and pre loaders will run only if you open the link on a new tab or refresh your page/website . But when you navigate to other page on a current tab pre loaders will not run. If you wish to have a preloader on every page you need to show GIF loading image. Just to let your users know that the page is currently loading.
