Client issues logging in

My client can’t get past the Captcha at login, goes round in a loop! Are there any URL’s or ports that need to be unblocked or whitelisted in order for Wix Studio to work correctly behind their filtering systems.

This happens to our sites a lot. I realised that it happens when the customer is using a VPN. They’ll need to disable it to log in or sign-up. I asked Wix about this over a year ago and they told me it can’t be disabled.

They promised that they’d at least add a message advising the user to disable the VPN after the first Captcha, but they never added it.

As our customers need to be site members, I wouldn’t like to think how many customers we’ve lost because they simply can’t complete the sign-up process and there’s no way of telling them its their VPN.
