I just paid for a Wix Premium and tried to connect my domain (bought on Namecheap). I contacted Namecheap and changed the name server. It’s been more than 48 hours but I still can’t connect my domain. It gives me the message:
“This domain is in another account. Make sure you have filled in the correct domain name. If you’re sure this domain is yours, log into the account associated with this domain.”
I tried clearing the cache, restarting the computer, etc. Nothing does it.
Could somebody please help me? There is no way to contact Wix support that I could find.
