I’ve been experiencing this over the last couple of weeks…, it seems to get slower the bigger the website starts getting to the point where it doesn’t load anymore. I’ve tried it on 6 or 7 different internet connections ranging from 1mbps to 7mbps, all with the same problems. Also occurring on various different client websites, not just on one.

This is not really a Wix Code issue - more like a system issue. You can check with the Wix support team so that they can review them and assist you accordingly.
I’ll also check with the Wix Code QA team and see what they say.

Sorry to hear you’re having troubles accessing database.
Is it on purslowewebdesign.com website?
Can you check network tab in your browser and search for find.ajax request there? If you find one, can you paste request ID from response, so we can identify the issue?
The only reason that I am aware of for the “data load failures“ is due to code and or hooks in the backend data.js generally I have made a number of attempts to manipulate data fields on items and the code maybe slightly wrong which gives the error. Way to know if this is the issue is to cut and paste the data.js code to a file in pages or word, run the site and see if it work? If it does it means it is to do with data.js code if not there is another issu. Si
@motiejus-juodeliswww.youphotography.co Also, certain pages haven’t been loading in wix dashboard, such as coupons. I haven’t been able to access coupons for over a week. Thanks for the help!
@jhyana-satchwell I just checked, initially schemas didn’t load for me, but I cleared cookies and now it loads. You can also try clearing browser cookies. Or you can try to open your site on another browser, or in incognito mode. Let us know how it goes
@motiejus-juodelis As of now my databases will not open at all & the coupons area of wix dashboard will not load still. I’ve tried chrome, I usually use safari & have never had this problem before.
@jhyana-satchwell Can you try to clear the cookies of your browser? In Chrome it’s in Settings > Clear Browsing Data, select cookies and clear.
As for coupons area, it is not related to Wix Code, please contact Wix Support regarding it.
@motiejus-juodelis I’m having the same issue. Tried clearing cookies and incognito mode, none of them worked. Tried opening it on Firefox though, and then it worked. I’m happy I found a solution for my problem, but I’d still prefer to not need to keep switching from Chrome to Firefox every time I need to manage the dataset… Waiting for a workaround for that, hopefully soon.
@motiejus-juodelis I too have experienced this issue several times. The website is published and works fine, I just update the database daily. I’ve tried all the options, clearing cookies, incognito page, Firefox but nothing seems to solve this. I’ve checked my internet connection and it is stable and it’s through network cable connected. People are depending on this uptodate info so please help.
@bernardomolsil so I understand it doesn’t work on Chrome, but works on Firefox for you. Which Chrome version are you using? Can you also share your site
@laurensvandamme Can you share your site, so I can check? I understand it doesn’t load on any of the browsers you tried? Is it not opening all the time or just sporadically?
@motiejus-juodeliswww.segamacusers.com Yesterday was the last time it occurred, I tried cleaning cookies, incognito page, firefox and restarting computer but the issue didn’t get solved. Today it’s still the same problem, I had to create a new database and make all the connections again. I really appreciate your help, thanks!
The database with the issue is called ‘Disponibilidad’ and the new one is now called ‘Disponibilidad1’.
