Table stuck on "Loading....."

Created a form for a user to submit info, this intern writes it to a database.
I have then created another page with a table in using the database above so the user cansee everything that has been entered.
The only problem is the table shows as loading on the live website.

Same problem I am also facing. Last night it was fine. Right now the table got stuck with “loading”. I do not have connectivity issues. All other sites are working absolutely fine.

Hi Guys,
This forum is specialised in Wix Code product.
Therefore, I suggest you contact Wix Support , as they can help you best.
Cheers,
Roi.

Wish there was an answer on the forums…it’s been a problem since 2017 and no one has acknowledged it. How can we use Corvid or databases without it loading? Mine is the same issue: when I go to edit database (collection) it says loading…and error due to connectivity. Except my connectivity is running perfectly. I did a test ping–came back instantly and speeds are high for Cox internet. All other sites–even complex ones and ones based in other countries are working/loading fine. A lot of the forum people have said their connectivity is good, but they still get the error. I changed permissions to and from everything. I can’t publish it because the data won’t load, I can’t connect it to elements for same reason. Is there ANY way you guys could look into this glitch? You won’t see it on my live site because it won’t connect to anything. But in Wix free site: alienonearth…earthbound. Thanks.

my website table is also show loading on live site work fine in preview mode

Check the dataset permissions. I suggest you select custom permission and set permission to view data to ‘Anyone’.

Sync Sandbox collection with live. Open collection an use Sync (top bar).

Thank you, this resolved my problem.

Well done.

It’s always the same

  1. Wrong setted-up DATABASE-permissions.
  2. Not synced DATABASE (preview & live) .
  3. And when using DATASETs —> wrong setup of READ & WRITE.
