Database collection missing from database

Hi there. Does anyone know how to make my database collection to appear at the site structure? it seems to be missing from m y site structure even though I have created a new collection. I have tried the “show tree” but it does work and my collection is not appearing in my database as well. Please help!
My editor site:

Looks like the Database is in the site structure.
Am i missing something ?

And when you click the down arrow there is no collections there in spite you have created collections?
