Help needed - Database item lost suddenly

Hi, there,

While I was editing my site, I found out that the items in my database just suddenly gone. The database collections are still there, with fields still shown but with no items.

It still shows on preview pages. But on published site, it shows error 404.

I have deleted my online store today. I am wondering that is the cause.

I will really appreciate if there is any WIX expert or staff around to help.

Hi Cruise,
Do you refer to the Products collection (the products which were added by adding product to your Wix Stores)? Can you please provide us with more details about what happened and send us the site URL?
