What current pain point are you facing? IN HOTELS EVERYTHING, including an entire cottage is termed a “room” and is rather confusing for customers who don’t or cannot piece the situation together that they are renting an entire Airbnb and not simply a stupid room. Who is honestly creating these platforms. Have they actually ever worked with a real client?
[Explain what challenges you currently face. e.g. I need conditional automations to create complex marketing flows for my clients] I need the platform to allow for recurring payments but here is the caviat. In order to keep all billing and evictions the same (storage facility) They want it so that the first bill the customer pays is only the prorated amount of what their monthly bill will be. So, the fist bill is a reduced bill based on-the amount of time left in the billing cycle. The second payment would occur on the first of the following month for the whole amount. I also would like it if the program would select the space, locker, item… and issue the space for the renter. In issuing that the renter would receive a door code which is automatically generated by the booking portion of the platform. The key code is only good for the term they have rented.
Do you have a current workaround that you’re using? at the moment the only work around I have seen is to create a coupon code based off the prorated time, this code is applied to the first month. And it allows the remaining months to be bill and charged on a recurring basis. What the challenge is is getting the coupon code to populate based on the remaining number of days in the month. So, for every day that has been completed, the customer receives a 3.1% discount off of their first months charges.

I need the rental platform to be able to manage long term and short term rentals. All primary verbiage should be customizable. Give multiple ways of renting. Time based, skill based, rewards system lol. Allow the rental platform to be used for multiple locations based on sssentially or nearly the same model. One frustrating thing apart from the first visit is that they don’t understand how we are connected to our natural surroundings

Can a client reserve a unit based on what info they received.on top of that, is there a way they can see what way to go to find their rooms,
Immensely , I have a minimum off 7 clients right now that would leave home pros and all of the other leaches IF we had a rental platform that contained the automations for saying through them
How will this impact you? I’ll be able to build a lot more sites. , while being far more efficient and industrious. Do you know how many businesses rely on payment plan that are customizable? A bunch, e heating cooling, storage, equipment rental, bike, boat, car rental… book rental… etc.
