Disabling the zoom-in effect when the mouse hovers over the image. I have no action when images are clicked, so I would prefer no effect.

What I’m trying to do
I have no action when images are clicked, so I would prefer no effect when the mouse hovers over an image.
What I’ve tried so far
I have tried adjusting the overlay settings with no luck. toggled between full and partial overlay. The reason I bring up the overlay is that when I am in the portfolio gallery settings and select Image Overlay, the images trigger the zoom-in effect I am trying to remove. Might be a hint to the solution.
