I am getting this error all morning when trying to access the sandbox on my live site.

Hi, can you share a link to the site so we can take a look? Does the live database work?

Note that we had some issues a few hours ago and they are resolved, I want to make sure it works for you as well or you have a different issue.

The live database is fine, but the sandbox is still down.

Could you try to hard-reload the editor (in order to clear your browser cache) and see whether the issue persists?

The hard-reload is completed, but the issue is still happening.

I tried loading your site and the collections worked fine.
Can you share a screenshot of the browser console? If possible, also the network tab:

  1. Open the browser developer tools, switch to the network tab
  2. Clear the network list before you open a collection (using the clear button, second from left in Chrome)
  3. Open a collection
  4. Take a screenshot (failed requests should be marked in red text)

Never mind Anthony, we now see the issue on our side. We’re checking.

Anthony, could you please send us a screenshot of a specific network request?
Same instructions as before - clear the network list and then switch to a collection.
After that, please select the request with the name [collection].json → for example “Guards.json”
Now we need 2 screenshots:

  1. A screenshot of the right section tab “Headers”
  2. A screenshot of the right section tab “Response”

I attached sample screenshots of a collection I have to show what I mean:

I can’t seem to find those settings in dev tools

The problem you were experiencing looks exactly like a problem we had a few hours ago.
You may had some cache issues that prevented it from going away on your computer.
I’m still monitoring, let me know if it happens again.
