Feature Request: Custom Email Reminder for Bookings

Currently, there is an automation option for a 24-hour email reminder to be sent to all participants signed up for a Wix booking. However, 24 hours in today’s world can mean lost emails, searching for a link and arriving late or simply forgetting to show up. This is less than ideal for a client and staff member.

Creating this automation to be flexible with 24 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour or other customization timeline would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, you may try using Velo by wix(coding), so you can have a better management on most of the things with bookings app by wix.

@ireenh Thank you for pointing me toward this - looked and was unable to find an existing request. Just voted for it!

@wingcc Thanks for the suggestion - I have started using some code to customize, although I am still getting familiar. Did not see any templates or sample code regarding time, which would be my best option for this given limited time resources.

Since up to this moment, there isn’t any place to buy template/kit with wide range of needs. So… hope you can get it done :slight_smile:
