I know there are a few posts about this, but I’d like to hone in on the customization portion. While it would be awesome for the reminder text to be replied to where someone can say confirm, cancel, reschedule, I’m just wanting the customization for SMS Reminders. Not just 24 hours but also being able to send out a “day-of” reminder text with some extra information. I have a health and wellness company I’ve set up an entire website for that could really use this especially for first time clients. The day of reminder is what they’re wanting with a custom message. “If this is your first time, remember to arrive 15 minutes early for a brief orientation.” I’m wondering if there’s a time frame on any of this? These tools are powerful and also save businesses money when they’re implemented.
