Is it possible to customize the timing when should be a email/message reminder should be sent to the customers?

Question:
For an upcoming session, user get a reminder/email notification 24 hour before the session starts. Is it possible to change the time, say, we want to send the notification before 2-3 hours. Is it possible to do the same?

What have you already tried:
I have checked the booking settings, from there I can edit the message but didn’t find an option to change the timing.

You can do that using Wix Automations

WIX doesn’t allow anything under 24 hours, neither for email or SMS reminders. Not sure from a business standpoint what is the purpose of that, maybe they want us to migrate our calendars to calendly.
