Feature Request: Off Line Editing

Hello,

I’ve been with Wix years and one of my business websites www.bandtube.co.uk is getting quite large, a lot of video content. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to consider introducing an offline editing feature, as editing and adding to my website is quite laborious, and it can take quite a while to create new content, its something that actually puts me off wanting to do it to be honest.

If you can have a feature where the website or a page could be downloaded to your hard drive and edited, and then uploaded that would be amazing. It would even be something i would consider paying extra for if that was necessary. I have a fairly new mac mini with SSD drive and super fast broadband, so its not my hardware or internet speed, I just think the website has gone too big and I understand with download speeds that it would be slow to edit, I just wondered if a work around could be introduced.

Hi Gavin,

Currently, the editor needs to be in constant connection with Wix’s servers. Therefore it is not possible to edit your site while you are offline, or save pages from your site to your Computer.
