For some reason I am unable to move my CTA bar down to the footer. It will not allow the two elements to touch and for some reason has some kind of space no matter what I do. Is there a padding setting I don’t know about or what do you think this would happen only on inner pages and not my homepage. Screenshot attached. Your insight is greatly appreciated! - Will
As Heath says try taskbar, however there shouldn’t be any issue with dragging that box down to the top of your footer on that page, or any page regardless that you are doing it on.
Also, have you got another element in between those two like an empty text box or strip for example that is in the way?
Simply hover over the gap and see if you can delete anything or use the ‘Layers’ option in the Editor’s toolbar to see if there is anything actually there.

Finally, remember that this forum is for issues that are code related on your website. If you are still having issues with the Wix Editor itself, then I suggest that you are better suited going through Wix Support and they will be able to look at your website for you to get it sorted.
