Question:
[Can I set up an automation thats forwards date from wix-forms to agents emails .]

What are you trying to achieve:
[So i am working on an real estate template, and every of those has its own agent. I have a contact page with wix-form set up to notify owner email. I have created an automation that replies to everyone that uses that form. Now I want that user inquiry to be forwarded to agents emails.
So for example. Visitor wants to rent a property within a certain date, and fills a form on contact page, that message goes to primary email of that form, and I want it to be sent to all property agents so that one of them that have that date available can respond to visitor.
Hope this is easy to understand my wish.]

What have you already tried:

Have you considered using a form backend service like fabform

Hi! There are several ways you can go about this:

Method 1:
Set up an automation to send the notice when the form is submitted.
In the Dashboard, you’ll see Automations > New Automation > Start from Scratch (bottom left).
In the Trigger, choose Wix Forms > Specific Form > (Select Form).
In the Action, choose “Get an email” and choose the person you want it to go through.

Method 2:
Use Wix Booking and create Services for house showings. Add each team member as Staff and they can sync their Google Calendars. The listings would just have a “Book a Viewing” button that would lead the visitor to choose a date and time based on the availability of the staff members. I’m not 100% on if it will Round Robin, or just first available though, that’s a question for the wix-bookings-v2 team
