Hi, I set up a subscribe and contact form using Wix forms but I want the submissions to go to an external emails address instead of just getting a notification because I don’t want my clients to get a submission and reply back to someone without having to log into Wix.
How can I achieve this?
Visit the setting inside the Editor, you can change the email address after submission there.
Thanks. I think I saw that setting but what I want to is for clients to not have to log into their dashboard in order to reply to a contact form submission. They should just see the submission in their regular email inbox and then be able to reply to whomever submitted directly from email.
You can also try Zapier integration to move queries into google sheet or any where you need.
@sushantchitransh Thanks I totally forgot about Zapier but yeah that definitely does work. What do others do though? Do they have their clients log into the dashboard to manage form submissions?
Don’t know about others but for me it works fine with my clients around Wix form. Also I’ve used Zapier to move the query into Google Sheet which is more clean and tidy to work upon for clients instead search mail back n forth.
