Frustrated!bugs and no fixes for launch

This is the fourth website I’m launching with Editor X, the second of two really big project.
SOOO frustrated. With the two big projects, big clients, I had bugs a day before launch with no timely support from Editor X.
This time for example, I approached the support team FIVE days ago! Launch date was yesterday. They are not returning emails or phone calls, not even calling me back on scheduled calls! The bug is with the Editor rendering, which doesn’t align properly the components (which is why one would choose a platform like Editor X - to be able to control the layout).

What am I supposed to do? Two disappointed clients because of bugs of the system.

Lost tens of hours waiting on line to get an Editor X support who is not even able to help. Waisted hours for waiting for call backs that were never returned.

Hey Shiri,

Im Ido from the Editor X team,
If you want you can reach out to hi@editorx.com, and I will get back to you to schedule a meeting to go over your issues.

Thanks,
Ido.

I tried contacting you, but haven’t heard back.

PLEASE discuss it here in the forum and not in email. I assume many frustrated paying users with similar issues want to hear what Editor X has to say to this.

We are paying for a product that is simply not usable in an productive business setup. Editor X is not even beta ready.

I share your pain. The Editor has been extremely unstable and buggy lately. Even a small thing like editing text took 30min of my time since the editor would freeze whenever I tried editing a certain text. Clearing cache, restarting the browser or the computer, trying different browsers and incognito mode etc. add up to hours while trying to get the editor to function smooth. The editor breakpoints are also not very accurate. It takes long hours trying to make sure the responsive design translates well to different devices. Both the editor and the preview mode need to show us how the site looks without having to refer to 3rd party emulators. Especially working with 100vh based layout concepts is very frustrating. A lot of guessing and not knowing. The other big issue is having to work with the wix banner and needing to calculate minus the banner hight etc. Why can’t we have the editor and the preview mode free of this? Just keep it on the live site and let us work freely in the editor and the preview mode.
Too many hours on the phone with support too.
I know wix does a good job with listening and making improvements. Hoping to have smoother experience working with the editor in the near future.

How do you suggest dealing with a client who was suppose to launch theoir business which is online, with a website that is not functioning due to a bug that is not being fixed and a customer srevice that is not able to tell when will this be fixed??
How can we survive as business who offer web design services using Editor X when this happens and clients are obviously losing time and money?

These are the TOP5 investors of Wix.
I started documenting the EditorX problems and my new strategy is, to tweet every new issue to Wix and the companies above.

We users are loosing money because we have chosen Editor-X. So I think they should read/feel the pain.

Is it just me thinking these are fake comments (there are plenty more btw)? Do we get played/betrayed by the Wix? Another piece of documentation for the group of investors.
