Hey guys,
Im looking for someone to help me/talk me through steps to sort this problem out.
This happened for the first time, last month. I got in contact with Wix, back and forth with emails and phone calls. Unfortunately they couldn’t help me, they were “looking into it” for weeks.
I had complaints from clients that the website was not up-to date, so I duplicated the site and moved the domain name over. I had the site back up and running smoothly instantly. However the “old” site was still crashing. (Never heard back from them with a solution).
Long story short the new site has been running smooth and faster, without any hiccups since I duplicated my old site.
I went to turn Wix Code on, and the editor instantly crashed. All I am able to do right now is, load the editor up and look at the screen, give it a minute or so and it crashes again and again. The live site is working fine however I need the editor working again asap.
I have tried: clearing cache & data, history, trying an incognito window, switching from Chrome to Safari etc.
I hope one of y’all can help.
