  1. Webcam never works for any reason.

  2. GPS never works for any reason.

  3. Cross platform GET and POST request never works.

  4. Random failure of methods eg: async, setfilter etc.

  5. Getting true priority support for my Premium Plan.

  6. Poor site’s SEO ranking.

  7. Random adjustments of your site’s elements for no reason.

  8. FTP transfer which never works.

  9. Very slow to load no matter how many svg images you use.

  10. No real method of converting your site to an App.

  11. Database update method works like the save method.

  12. Pin to screen never works on mobile.

  13. Mobile menu data is not editable.
    I have only gotten academic responses no true solution from Wix support. Even the no. 1 that has been closed as “SOLVED” link , is actually unsolved. If you have any solution to any of these, please respond.

I am monitoring your ticket with Wix Customer Care and they have been very thorough and helpful. It would help the team if you provide more information about each issue.

When you experience issues or bugs with Wix, it is best for you to report each issue individually to Customer Care and to include useful details, such as your site URL, page, collection, time when issue started, etc., so that we can investigate.

The Velo Forum is not monitored by Wix product mangers or developers, so it is not the correct place to report problems with Wix. They will not be solved here. This is a community for users to get support from each other while developing their sites with Velo.
