** UPDATED ** PROBLEM!!! ENTIRE STORE GONE

Guys is it me or did Wix store just disappear. Products no longer showing in dashboard (in fact after a lengthy loading time, I have 4 year old products showing up) and the store pages dont show up on the site!!! There is no sales reports, sales/rev information, nothing…
Whats the deal here… anyone seeing this??

It just happened to me too!!! I’m so glad it’s not just me. Immediate help is needed

It was working fine till 30min ago and then puff!! I certainly hope they didnt lose all the products. This is just unreal

I just spoke to them and they said they are unsure and no ETA on the fix. I asked about if they had backups and no confirmation. pulling my hair here

Same thing happened to one of my clients. I went into the shop products and had to set them all back to visible. It had somehow set itself to hidden and I had not even touched it. It’s sorted now so perhaps go and check the status of your products in the editor.

yeah but my case is different. The products are not there. What shows on the dash is very very old products i had 4 years ago. Also non of the store pages appear. So something serious here. Its not that they are hidden. They are just not there anymore.

Now the editor is showing error 502. Wix is probably busy fixing it so should be sorted soon. Hope yours is back online soon!

Lost a lot of products some are back but not all… Does somebody knows if they are solving this?

i lost everything and in its place, old stock that no longer exists!! its like my collection from 2015!!

Seems my database is recovering

nothing for me. same old products i deleted a few years back now in my DB. Also cant hide or delete anything. Getting page error… same issue nothing resolved.

Had the same issue but as of 1/2 hour ago it’s all fine. everything is back as is should be all with current data.

OK… UPDATE… things seem to be back to normal with store appearing and more importantly the current stock of products… testing for 24hrs…
