Hi my customer has a website with Wix, lost access to email and account recovery fails, need to contact Wix

Hi I am trying to assist my customer to get access to their Wix account. The email login is hosted with another service and the MX records have changed for some reason. So no access to email no mobile recovery and no card details on upgrade payment for account recovery. I am assuming it is a paid website ourceremony.com.au as I see no ads.
How can I assist to get access to this Wix account and fix the MX records or move her email from third party to wix. The domain is registered with ddns. I cannot find a number to call or get access to a chat? PLease help!
