Question:
How do I stop the automated email that gets sent when a new participant joins a program?

Product:
Wix Editor, within the Online Programs/members

What are you trying to achieve:
I want to stop new members from receiving the automated email that tells them a new member has joined the same program. I believe that this is a privacy issue.

What have you already tried:
I’ve checked all automations and I can’t find that automation to cancel it.

Additional information:
I don’t want new members to get told that other people have joined the program, as it sends out the new participants email address. This is a violation of that new members privacy.

Hi @Rebekah_Ryburn! :smiley: If you can’t find the automation that is causing this, I would suggest reaching out to Customer Care if you haven’t already. That does sound a little odd if the email of the new person gets sent out, but I honestly am not super familiar with how that works. Customer Care will be able to dig into this with you! You’ll also be able to track the progress of your ticket through your Wix Studio Workspace.
