I have purchased Wix Business VIP plan for our company website, and the plan says that I can get VIP support along with one WIX expert to look at our website, but am unable to get in touch with any of the technical support team? Does anyone know how to find this details?

Don’t bother trying to ask any questions about the Corvid API. Their standard answer - even for questions about the API itself (rather than any of your code) - is “because this involves coding we can’t help”.
