How to float Tidio Chat in mobile device

Good morning!

I’ve started using Tidio Chat and am very impressed. Lots of options. Including several chat bots and chat channels. However…

While you can have a floating Tidio chat icon on a computer, it looks like you can only have a static Tidio chat icon on mobile. Ouch.

Anyone use Tidio Chat? Any suggestions of how to have a floating chat icon on mobile? Does the Wix chat float on both computer and mobile?

Just for future generations: got a support email from Tidio. Unfortunately, Wix does not allow them to float their chat icon on mobile. Fixed location only. Not surprisingly, Wix chat icon does float on mobile. “My house. My rules.”

How does the Wizx chat icon float on mobile? I couldn’t do this.
