I cannot access my Business Email

Hello!

I cannot access to my business email, I have the correct email and the correct password. I bought the business email through Wix, and they ask me to recover the email ( and I never put that as a recovery email ) , to access the same email that I cannot access.

How can I solve that :frowning:
