How can I make visible my dataset icon on my editor ?
I absolutely can’t see it nowhere (directly on my editor, or even in the layers).
Hey! You need to make sure you have the CMS enabled on your Wix Studio site. You can do that by clicking the 7th icon in the left sidebar.
Then the dataset and CMS options should appear here:

Thank you for your answer but I just realised I am not on the good forum. I am working on Wix (not Wix studio). 
But i can’t even find a forum dedicated to “my” Wix 
No worries! The same thing would apply to Wix. You would still need to enable the CMS in the left hand panel.

I don’t see any changes in my interface (I still can’t see the icon), but now, I’m able to change the ID of my dataset (curiously, I wasn’t able to do so until now )

It must be a really recent change then :
when I started to build my website 2 or 3 weeks ago, I was able to see the so-called dataset icon, when I created my first collection.
And all tutos or help on the web didn’t explain or mention these recent updates.
You still should see a “Connect to CMS icon” though as mentioned in the article.
